New Zealand Freight Prices for Standard Courier Address:
Orders placed by Motoxparts website have a very low $5.00 flat shipping rate, this is any weight or size, so you can buy as much as you want and only pay $5.00 freight within New Zealand (Except rural delivery - $8.00). Most items are sent using Courier Post overnight service so it should be in your hands the next day (overnight Monday-Thursday and if ordered on Friday you should receive the goods the following Monday - Note: Courier Post does not deliver on a public holidays)
Orders are sent 'signature required' unless otherwise specified via delivery instructions at checkout. If it is specified an order be 'left at front door', with no signature required (or similar) the customer takes responsibility for the delivery of the order as there will be no 'proof of delivery'. It is therefore recommended particularly for high-value orders that a signature is obtained. You may have an alternative address e.g. work address the order can be sent to. If sending to a work address please ensure you put the workplace name on the order. Some couriers will not deliver if a workplace is not noted.
If your address is a South Island address and your parcel is large/heavy (larger than a courier bag/satchel size) it will be despatched on a 2-day courier service with Courier Post. Please also scroll down for dangerous goods shipping information.
We recommend rural customers select the Rural tracked service $8.00 option. Select this option at the shipping location dropdown at checkout. This is dispatched the same day from Motoxparts however rural courier delivery can take up to 2-3 days from the time it leaves our Distribution Centre.
Australia Freight Air Prices: $10.00 flat very low shipping rate by air, any weight or size, so you can buy as much as you can and only pay $10.00 shipping
Orders over $150 - Track/Trace door-door with insurance by air 3-5 working days delivery time for most. Note: Delivery times above are for city addresses outside these areas shipping times may be longer. A track/trace number will be emailed as soon as your order has been despatched.
Orders under $150 - most are sent standard post by air. Delivery time for most is 10-15 days working days (these can vary depending on time of the year). Standard post is not tracked so a track/trace number is not available. An email will be sent letting you know your order has been shipped.
Australian customers can pay online only with a Master/Visa credit or debit card.
As soon as you have paid for your order it will be shipped that day (MXP working hours). We are a real supplier and stock all items on site in our warehouse.
If your order is especially large/ heavy you may be contacted regarding alternative shipping methods and there may be an extra payment required. This will not affect most orders.
Please note - Shipping times do not including weekends or holiday dates. After long weekends or holiday dates shipping may take 1-2 days longer than normal to get to you as we can get overloaded and so can the couriers.
Australia Customs/Duties: Some orders may incur customs taxes in Australia. This is up to the customer to pay. Motoxparts has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in Australia. Motoxparts cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Other countries: Motoxparts only ships to New Zealand and Australia. Please do not place a order if outside these countries.
DANGEROUS GOODS SHIPPING
If your parcel contains aerosol sprays, air filter oil or air filter cleaner, delivery will take 1-2 days longer as these items are classed as dangerous goods and different freight methods are required. You can still track your order through Courier-Post. We cannot ship these items to Australia.
INCORRECT ORDER/SHIPPING/ADDRESS DETAILS
Make sure details are 100% correct and completely filled when placing an order as Motoxparts cannot change these details. It is up to the customer to make sure all details are 100% (this includes spelling).

If all details are not 100% correct (this includes spelling) the order may get shipped to the incorrect address/person. If this happens due to details being incorrect (this includes spelling) Motoxparts will not be liable for this. It will be up to the customer to find their order and sort out the correct delivery details.
If the delivery address is a business address, the business name must be placed as the delivery address. If this is not done and the package does not get delivered, the customer will have to contact the courier and provide the business name. All details the couriers require are in your Motoxparts account. Motoxparts cannot help with this.
RURAL DELIVERY AREAS
This applies to rural or non-standard courier delivery address. If you have made a delivery detail error with these you will just have to wait to see if you receive your order (2-8 days). If you do not receive it the order will most likely be lost due to incorrect delivery details. If this is the case, Motoxparts will not be liable for the missing order. Motoxparts cannot assist in recovering the order as there is no track/trace. You will have to contact NZ Post and try and sort it.
New Zealand Rural delivery or non-courier address - Motoxparts cannot be held liable for parcels sent by NZ Post that do not arrive (which is very rare) as there is no way to trace/track goods. On the odd occasion, delivery time for rural areas can be longer than standard delivery despatch times.
Goods are packed very well, but if damaged in transit by NZ Post Motoxparts will not be liable. If damanged or lost you will need to seek a refund from NZ Post directly.
AUSTRALIA POST ORDERS UNDER $150(non-track/tace)
Orders under $150 are not tracked or insured and delivery times may vary, we have had I a few cases goods have taken up to take 8 weeks to be delivered (this is normally around the end of the year or have been held at customs - these are out of Motoxparts control and you will have to take this up with post). If goods are lost or do not show up Motoxparts will not replace goods, you will have to take this up with Post and seek a refund from them.
